What you'll be doing:

Responsible for the promotion of the company's website, introduce effective traffic to the business through SEO technology, optimize the website, and improve the natural ranking
Familiar with the principles and characteristics of search engines such as Baidu and Google, familiar with the ranking rules of PC and mobile terminals, formulate optimization strategies, and improve the ranking of websites in search engines
Continuously try new methods and technologies to provide feasibility references for SEO
Formulate optimization strategies for the company's website, follow up on the optimization and promotion effects, issue analysis reports, and understand the promotion methods of peer websites.
Select effective keywords, control the distribution and density of keywords on the page
Optimize the website's external and external links, and have external link resources
Lead the development and implementation of comprehensive SEO strategies to improve organic search visibility and drive high-quality traffic to client websites
Conduct in-depth keyword research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for growth
Optimize website content, structure, and technical elements to enhance search engine rankings
Monitor, analyze, and report on SEO performance, identifying areas for improvement
Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO trends, algorithm changes, and best practices, and adapt strategies accordingly
Collaborate cross-functionally with the content, web development, and PPC teams to ensure a cohesive digital marketing approach
Mentor and train the SEO team to continuously develop their skills and expertise

Extensive and proven experience in SEO management
Demonstrated track record of driving successful SEO campaigns that have delivered measurable results
Excellent understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and technical SEO best practices
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
Proficient in using SEO tools and software, such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEMrush
Effective communication skills, with the ability to present complex SEO concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
A team player with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally and mentor junior members of the SEO team
Excellent communication skills, proficiency in Chinese/Mandarin language is a must.
