Dayshift openings are limited



Dayshift Voice Accounts (Limited Slots)

• Fixed Dayshift accounts available
• Ideal for applicants who prefer daytime schedule
• Less graveyard exposure
• Stable account support roles

(Account assignment depends on assessment results and business needs.)



Job Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries via phone
• Provide accurate information about products, billing, or services
• Resolve concerns professionally and efficiently
• Document interactions properly in the system
• Meet quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction targets

Full training will be provided.



No Experience? You Can Apply!

If you’ve worked in customer-facing roles around Quezon City, you already qualify.

Examples:
• Service Crew at Jollibee or McDo (SM North / Trinoma / Centris area)
• Sales Associate at SM North EDSA or Trinoma
• Cashier at Puregold, Robinsons, or local supermarkets
• Front Desk / Receptionist
• Bank or remittance staff

If you assist customers and can communicate clearly you qualify.



Qualifications

Senior High School Graduate
High School Graduate (Old Curriculum)
No BPO experience required
Good English communication skills
Basic computer navigation skills
Willing to work onsite in Eton Centris QC
Open to shifting schedules (Dayshift accounts subject to availability)
