NON-VOICE Accounts + Voice Accounts

SHS Grad / HS Grad (Old Curriculum) No Experience Required

Looking for a job in Iloilo but prefer Chat / Back Office instead of pure calls?

Concentrix Iloilo is now hiring for Non-Voice accounts, and Voice openings are also available.

NON-VOICE (Chat / Back Office) Open Hiring

• Chat Support
• Email Support
• Back Office Roles

Voice accounts are also available (subject to availability and business needs).

(Account assignment depends on assessment results and operational requirements.)



Job Responsibilities

• Assist customers via chat, email, or phone
• Provide accurate information regarding products, billing, or services
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently
• Document interactions in the system
• Meet quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction targets

Full training will be provided.



No Experience? You Can Apply!

If you’ve worked in customer-facing roles around Iloilo, you already qualify.

Examples:
• Service Crew at Jollibee, McDo (SM City Iloilo / Festive Walk)
• Sales Associate at Robinsons Iloilo or SM City Iloilo
• Cashier at Gaisano, Metro Supermarket, or local stores
• Front Desk / Receptionist
• Online seller handling Facebook or chat inquiries

If you help customers and know basic computer navigation you qualify.



Qualifications

Senior High School Graduate
High School Graduate (Old Curriculum)
No BPO experience required
Basic English communication skills
Basic computer navigation skills
Willing to work onsite in Iloilo
Open to shifting schedules
