NON-VOICE Chat Openings + Voice Accounts

SHS Grad / HS Grad (Old Curriculum) No Experience Required

Looking for a job in Alabang but prefer Chat Support instead of calls?

Good news Concentrix Alabang is now hiring for Non-Voice Chat Support roles, plus Voice accounts are also open.

Location: Concentrix Alabang, Muntinlupa
Limited slots available



NON-VOICE Chat Support (Priority Opening)

• Pure Chat Support
• Email / Back Office (subject to availability)

Voice accounts are also open depending on business needs.

(Account assignment will depend on assessment results and availability.)



Job Responsibilities

• Assist customers via chat, email, or phone
• Provide accurate information about products, billing, or services
• Resolve customer concerns professionally
• Document interactions properly in the system
• Meet quality and productivity targets

Full training will be provided.



No Experience? That’s Okay!

If you’ve worked in customer-facing roles around Alabang, you already qualify.

Examples:
• Service Crew at Jollibee, McDo, Chowking (Festival Mall / ATC)
• Sales Associate at SM Southmall or Alabang Town Center
• Cashier at Puregold, Robinsons, or local supermarkets
• Front Desk / Receptionist
• Online seller handling chat inquiries

If you assist customers and know basic computer navigation you can apply.



Qualifications

Senior High School Graduate
High School Graduate (Old Curriculum)
No BPO experience required
Basic English communication skills
Basic computer skills
Willing to work onsite in Alabang
Open to shifting schedules
