NON-VOICE Accounts Priority Hiring

• Chat Support
• Email Support
• Back Office Roles

Voice accounts are also available (subject to availability), but Non-Voice openings are currently prioritized.



Job Responsibilities

• Assist customers via chat, email, or phone (depending on account)
• Provide accurate information regarding products, billing, or services
• Resolve concerns professionally and efficiently
• Document interactions in the system
• Meet quality and productivity standards

Full training will be provided.



No Experience? That’s Okay!

If you’ve worked in jobs where you deal with customers, you already qualify.

Examples:
• Service Crew
• Sales Associate
• Cashier
• Receptionist
• Online Seller / Chat Responder
• Fresh SHS or College Graduate

If you can communicate clearly and use a computer you qualify.



Qualifications

Senior High School Graduate
HS Graduate (Old Curriculum)
No BPO experience required
Basic English communication skills
Basic computer navigation skills
Willing to work onsite in Davao
Open to shifting schedules
