Location: Cubao, Quezon City
Limited Tier 2 slots
Start Date: March 2026

• Handle escalations confidently
• Can navigate complex concerns
• Understand international customer standards
• Are ready for premium-level accounts
Position Overview Tier 2 Support Representative
• Handle complex customer concerns and escalations
• Provide advanced troubleshooting and resolution
• Support high-value or specialized international accounts
• Maintain high-level customer satisfaction standards
• Ensure quality, compliance, and performance metrics are met
• Collaborate with support teams for resolution management
Qualifications
At least 1 year BPO International Experience (Required)
Strong English communication skills (verbal & written)
Experience handling complex or escalated cases preferred
Comfortable with performance metrics and accountability
Willing to work onsite in Cubao
Open to shifting schedules
