Undertake strategic and operational decisions, ensuring reliable power for critical infrastructure clients, such as AWS, Intel, Kaiser Permanente, and the U.S. Coast Guard for leading provider of backup power solutions in Northern California. Coordinate financial and budget activities to fund operations, maximize investments, and increase efficiency. Confer with board members, organization officials, stakeholders and staff members to discuss issues, coordinate activities, or resolve problems. Prepare budgets for approval, including those for funding or implementation of programs. Apply mechanical engineering expertise to optimize generator systems and drive company growth through acquisitions and policy advocacy. Lead the acquisition of
companies, expanding service capabilities and market presence in the California region, enhancing reliability for clients like CDCR prisons and fire stations. Author and publish studies on Tier 4F diesel engine and related projects.
5 years of progressively responsible experience as a Mechanical Engineer, Project Manager, Engineering Team Lead or a closely related occupation.
Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a closely related field (foreign equivalent acceptable)
