Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound calls to potential property buyers

Explain project details, location, amenities, pricing, and offers

Maintain and update lead database using CRM tools

Follow up with prospects to schedule site visits

Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth lead handover

Provide timely updates and feedback to the management
