Key Responsibilities • Lead Management & Client Engagement: Handle inbound enquiries and conduct outbound follow-ups for residential and commercial rental properties in a professional and timely manner. • Lead Qualification & Requirement Analysis: Understand tenant requirements including budget, preferred location, property type, and timeline to recommend suitable rental options. • Sales Presentation & Advisory: Clearly explain property details such as rent, security deposit, amenities, lease terms, and availability to prospective tenants. • Site Visit Coordination: Schedule and coordinate property viewings with service teams, property owners, and clients to ensure seamless execution. • Negotiation & Deal Closure: Facilitate discussions between tenants and property owners, support negotiations, and successfully close rental agreements. • End-to-End Sales Cycle Management: Oversee the entire sales journey from initial contact, follow-ups, and booking confirmation to documentation and payment tracking. • CRM & Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, site visits, and closures while building and managing a strong sales pipeline. • Customer Service Excellence: Address client queries, resolve concerns professionally, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. • Market Awareness & Data Accuracy: Stay updated on rental market trends, property availability, and pricing while ensuring high data accuracy and compliance standards. • Target Achievement: Consistently achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and contribute ideas to improve team performance and conversion rates.

Eligibility Criteria • Experience: 0–3 years in Inside Sales, Real Estate, Rental Sales, or a similar role. • Note: Proven sales experience with demonstrated target achievement will have a strong advantage. • Strong communication and negotiation skills. • Target-oriented, self-motivated, and customer-focused mindset. • Ability to manage multiple clients simultaneously. • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales tracking systems is preferred.
