Role Mission Generate and close business by meeting decision-makers directly and selling Digital Marketing solutions (SEO, Websites, Performance Marketing, SMO). Primary focus: Target achievement through field meetings. Key Responsibilities • Achieve and exceed monthly revenue targets. • Generate leads through field visits, networking, referrals, and local outreach. • Schedule and attend client meetings daily. • Pitch digital marketing solutions confidently in face-to-face meetings. • Identify business gaps and present ROI-based solutions. • Convert company-provided leads through physical follow-ups. • Maintain strong daily activity numbers (meetings, follow-ups, closures). • Close high-value deals while protecting margins. • Upsell and cross-sell additional services. • Build long-term client relationships and generate referrals. Required Profile • 2–5 years Field Sales experience (mandatory). • Strong target achievement background. • Comfortable with daily client visits. • Aggressive closer mindset. • Digital marketing experience preferred but not mandatory. • Experience in Healthcare / Real Estate is a plus.
