I am an MRICS Chartered Quantity Surveyor with over 14 years of experience in Qatar and Sri Lanka, gained across both Consultant and Main Contractor organizations on high-rise buildings, residential developments, roads, infrastructure, and landscape projects.
My experience covers administration of FIDIC and bespoke contracts, procurement, interim valuations, variations, extension of time claims, Contractor and subcontract management, and final account settlement. Working from both the Engineer’s and Contractor’s perspectives, I have assessed and determined contractor submissions, certified payments, and supported clients, while also preparing claims, managing commercial risks, and negotiating project accounts.

I have a strong track record in contractual compliance, cost control, and stakeholder coordination to achieve commercially sound project outcomes and support successful project close-out.
