Full Time Program Administrator
Contracted as: Work Placement Team Leader
Salary $100,000 per year plus Superannuation

Duties and Responsibilities
• Coordinate and administer EDU Corporate Services’ student work placement programs across vocational and higher education courses, ensuring delivery in line with academic schedules, regulatory requirements, and organisational objectives.
• Develop, review, and manage program documentation, placement arrangements, and procedural variations in response to course changes, compliance requirements, and operational needs.
• Act as the primary contact point for internal stakeholders, students, workplace assessors, and host organisations, responding to enquiries and resolving operational issues affecting program delivery and participant outcomes.
• Manage and maintain program records, placement agreements, compliance documentation, and reporting data, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and audit readiness.
• Work closely with senior management, academic teams, quality assurance, student services
• Monitor placement progress, identify risks or service issues, and escalate matters requiring management attention, implementing approved decisions and corrective actions.
• Oversee and coordinate the activities of external placement hosts, assessors, and service providers, monitoring service delivery and reporting on variations or issues impacting agreed outcomes.
• Prepare and review operational reports, performance summaries, and management submissions relating to placement outcomes, stakeholder feedback, compliance performance, and program effectiveness.
• Collect, analyse, and interpret program data and feedback, using insights to inform operational improvements, workflow refinements, and service enhancements.
• Support and contribute to strategic projects, including the rollout of digital placement platforms, system enhancements, workflow automation, and AI-enabled information hubs to improve efficiency and service quality.
• Coordinate program inputs into internal and external audits, ensuring evidence, documentation, and processes meet regulatory and organisational standards.
• Assist senior leadership with program planning, resource allocation, and process optimisation to support sustainable growth and high-quality student placement outcomes.

Qualification and Experience
• Diploma or higher qualification in Project Management, Business Administration, Education, or a related discipline, or an equivalent combination of qualifications and relevant experience.
• Strong understanding of vocational and higher education environments, including compliance, student services, and program delivery frameworks.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a program coordination, project administration, or education operations role, preferably within an education or training provider.
• Demonstrated experience coordinating programs or projects, including managing schedules, timelines, documentation, and multiple stakeholders.
• Proven ability to administer program records, compliance documentation, and reporting, ensuring accuracy and audit readiness.
• Experience acting as a key liaison between internal teams (academic, quality assurance, student services) and external stakeholders (industry partners, service providers, or vendors).
• Demonstrated experience supporting or leading operational initiatives, such as digital system rollouts, workflow improvements, or process optimisation projects.
• Experience preparing reports, data summaries, and management updates to support decision-making and continuous improvement.
• Proven ability to identify risks or issues, escalate appropriately, and implement agreed actions in line with organisational policies and service standards.
• Experience working in student-facing or service-delivery environments, with a strong focus on quality outcomes and stakeholder satisfaction.
• Strong administrative and organisational capability, including managing competing priorities and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across diverse teams, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience providing leadership, mentoring, or coordination support to colleagues (highly regarded).
