As part of our expansion, we are looking for an ambitious Business Sales Development Executive to drive new business, build client relationships, and support the company’s commercial growth.
Role Overview
The Business Sales Development Executive will be responsible for identifying new sales opportunities, developing client relationships, and converting leads into long-term service contracts. This role plays a key part in expanding our customer base and strengthening our presence in the local market.
Key Responsibilities
-Proactively generate new business leads through outreach, networking, and referrals.
-Develop and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients.
-Arrange client meetings and site visits to understand service requirements.
-Prepare quotations, proposals, and service agreements.
-Negotiate contracts and close sales opportunities.
-Manage a sales pipeline and provide regular performance updates.
-Support account management to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
-Work with operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients.
-Contribute to sales strategy and business growth planning.
Requirements
-Proven experience in business development or sales (services industry preferred).
-Strong communication and negotiation skills.
-Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
-Ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously.
-Good organisational and reporting skills.
-Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
