About Us

Streetza Cafe, trading as The Winning Post Cafe, is a well-established café and pizzeria based in Streatham, London. We offer in-house seating alongside takeaway services, providing a welcoming dining experience supported by quality food and efficient service.

We are now seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee the daily running of the café, manage suppliers, lead front-of-house operations, and handle the commercial performance of the business.

Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day café and pizzeria operations, ensuring smooth service delivery.
Oversee front-of-house activities, customer experience, and staff performance.
Manage suppliers, stock control, and purchasing to ensure consistent quality and cost efficiency.
Lead, supervise, and rota-manage the operational team.
Maintain high standards of cleanliness, food safety, and health & safety compliance.
Oversee budgeting, cost control, and basic financial planning.
Support business planning and implement operational strategies to improve profitability.
Ensure the premises are well maintained and operational standards are consistently met.
Produce operational reports and assist with commercial decision-making.

Requirements
Previous experience as an Operations Manager or in a senior hospitality management role.
Strong background in café, restaurant, or fast-casual operations.
Proven experience managing suppliers, staff, and day-to-day business operations.
Solid understanding of budgeting, planning, and commercial performance.
Excellent leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
Knowledge of food safety regulations and compliance standards.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
