CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIP MANAGER
We are seeking an active and customer-focused Customer Relations Manager to oversee customer engagement strategies and ensure incredible service delivery. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing customer relationships, resolving issues, and improving customer satisfaction and retention across all touchpoints.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement customer relationship strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
* Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback.
* Manage and supervise customer service teams to ensure high service standards.
* Monitor customer interactions and ensure timely and effective issue resolution.
* Analyze customer feedback and service performance to identify areas of improvement.
* Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations teams to improve customer experience.
* Maintain accurate customer records and reports.
* Develop customer service policies, procedures, and training programs.
Qualifications and Requirements:
* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
* Proven experience in customer relations, customer service, and relationship management.
* Strong leadership and management skills.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.
* Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
