The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, industry experience, and the ability to manage events from concept to execution.
Job Description
Plan, organize, and manage exhibitions and conferences from start to finish.
Coordinate vendors, partners, and stakeholders to ensure smooth event delivery.
Develop event timelines, budgets, and logistics plans.
Oversee marketing and promotional activities related to events.
Supervise on-site event operations and post-event reporting.
Ensure events align with company objectives and brand standards.
Requirements
Minimum of 5 years relevant work experience.
Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree is an added advantage.
Strong project management and organizational skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
