About the Role

We’re looking for a creative and results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to help grow Clickwaters.com’s freelancers and clients user base. You’ll run paid ad campaigns, design marketing visuals, manage social channels, and work closely with our team to bring in freelancers and clients.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and execute online marketing campaigns to grow our user base
Be pro active and with high level of initiative
Run paid advertising across Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, and LinkedIn
Design high-converting visuals using Photoshop, Canva, or similar tools
Manage and post engaging content on our social media channels
Promote our affiliate program and track user signups via referral links
Identify and engage with relevant communities, forums, and growth opportunities
Submit daily reports and a weekly summary using Trello
Be available for urgent updates or tasks outside work hours as needed
Required Skills & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience
Minimum 2 years of experience in digital marketing or paid advertising
Proficient in Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram)
Skilled in graphic design using Photoshop, CorelDRAW, or other tools (Canva alone is not sufficient)
Excellent English writing, communication, and storytelling ability
Experience with affiliate marketing and community engagement is a strong plus
A remote workspace with a reliable laptop and stable internet connection

Work Schedule

Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM 4:00 PM (WAT)
Must be responsive to critical updates outside regular hours
Daily task updates + weekly performance summary via Trello

Compensation & Bonus

Base Pay: 150,000/month
Performance Bonus: Earn 2% of revenue from users acquired via our affiliate program
Paid Leave: 10 working days annually (after 3-month probation)
