Job Description
We are looking for a hungry, high-energy Junior Sales Executive to join our Franchise Development team. In this role, you won’t just be "selling"; you’ll be identifying potential entrepreneurs and helping them transition into business ownership. You will be the first point of contact for leads, guiding them through the initial stages of our discovery process and managing the top of our sales funnel.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Management: Respond to inbound inquiries from potential franchisees with speed and professionalism.
Outbound Prospecting: Identify and reach out to prospective partners through LinkedIn, networking, and industry databases.
Qualifying Candidates: Conduct initial discovery calls to vet candidates based on financial requirements, passion, and cultural fit.
Pipeline Coordination: Maintain an organized CRM to ensure no lead falls through the cracks.
Presentation Support: Assist senior developers in preparing franchise disclosure documents (FDDs) and presentation decks for "Discovery Days."
Market Research: Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor franchise models.
