Job Description

1. Manage and maintain accurate employee records, including personnel files, onboarding and offboarding documentation, and attendance data.
2. Assist in coordinating the recruitment process by sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, and communicating with applicants.
3. Support new hire onboarding, ensuring all necessary documents are completed and orientations are facilitated.
4. Assist in the offboarding process, including exit interviews, clearance processing, and final documentation.
5. Handle general administrative tasks such as preparing HR-related reports, updating databases, and organizing employee files.
6. Provide day-to-day support to the HR team in implementing policies, programs, and procedures.
7. Help coordinate employee engagement activities and internal communications as needed.
