Qualifications
•Experience: At least 5 years Human Resource Manager experience in a BPO company
Extensive background on:
• Labor and Employee Relations which includes policy making
• Employee Engagement
• Compliances & Audits
• C&B understanding of statutory compliances at least is required
• HRIS exposure to data management, HR process improvements and innovations
• Financials good understanding of budget management
Additional Requirements:
• At least Bachelor’s degree holder
• BPO set-up experience as HR Manager on above mentioned (4-5 years of experience)
• Compliances & Audits
• Willing to work onsite in Eastwood; willing to work on flexible schedules (mostly mid to night shifts).
