Job Description

Perform standard operating procedures and monitor water supply systems.

Check and refill water tanks and ensure proper water flow.

Inspect pump rooms, sump pits, and lift stations.

Conduct water meter readings, including tenant meters.

Change and monitor air blowers (hourly rotation as required).

Grease and replace belts as part of equipment maintenance.

Monitor all related equipment to ensure proper operation.

Assist contractors and respond to tenant service calls.

Perform on-call duties as needed.
