We are hiring for ERP Support .
Domain - Custom Manufacturing ERP
Experience Required - 1-4 Years
Job Location Karve Road Pune

Roles and Responsibilities -
Configuring & Deploying ERP solutions and ensuring seamless system integration.
Provide end-user training at client site whenever required.
Provide remote technical support to clients, promptly addressing queries and resolving issues to ensure uninterrupted system functionality.
Document business processes, ERP procedures, and prepare timely progress updates for deployment projects.
Conduct diagnostic tests, identify system issues, and implement measures to optimize ERP system performance.
Stay updated on the latest ERP developments, upgrades, and offerings
Requirement & Experience -
A minimum of 1-2 years’ experience as an ERP consultant in IT / Manufacturing
Willingness to travel to client sites (approximately 20% travel within Maharashtra, primarily Pune and Mumbai).
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities, as well as proficient time management and organizational skills.
Good to have knowledge of manufacturing business processes & SQL.
