Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and result-driven Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying prospective learners, counseling them on our courses, and driving enrollments while delivering an excellent customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and connect with potential customers through calls, emails, social media, and walk-ins
Counsel students and working professionals about Sudo24’s courses and learning programs
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products or services
Achieve assigned sales targets on a weekly and monthly basis
Follow up with leads generated through marketing campaigns and referrals
Maintain accurate records of interactions and sales activities in the CRM
Handle customer queries and objections professionally
Coordinate with marketing and academic teams for promotions and feedback
Build and maintain long-term relationships with learners
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (MBA in Sales/Marketing is a plus)
0 3 years of experience in sales, business development, or EdTech counseling
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Good convincing and negotiation abilities
Ability to work in a target-driven environment
Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office
Passion for education and helping learners make informed decisions
Preferred Skills
Experience in EdTech or training institutes
Familiarity with online learning platforms
Ability to handle high call volumes and multitask
