Role Description

VINR is looking for an experienced Google Ads Meta Ads Executive - Female to join our team on a full-time, on-site basis at our New Delhi office. In this role, you will strategize, manage, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across various channels such as Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and other digital platforms. You will analyze data to measure campaign success, identify trends, and continuously improve performance. Responsibilities include driving user acquisition, monitoring ROI, managing budgets, and collaborating with the creative and content teams to produce impactful marketing strategies.

Qualifications

Expertise in managing paid campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Instagram Ads.
Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision-making, A/B testing, and performance optimization.
Proficiency in using tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and similar analytics platforms.
Knowledge of digital marketing techniques, content strategy, and audience segmentation.
Ability to create and execute marketing strategies tailored to achieve measurable ROI and business outcomes.
Excellent project management, communication, and collaborative skills with cross-functional teams.
Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, or a related field.
Prior experience in e-commerce or skincare/beauty industries is a plus.
