Nair Systems is currently looking for Senior Officer - Corporate Communication and Marketing for our UAE operations with the following Skill set and terms & conditions.
Education:
• Bachelor’s degree in journalism or any university degree in related field.
Professional / Technical Qualifications / Diplomas:
• Relevant certifications in writing or journalism or any other related field.
Experience:
• Minimum 5 years of Marketing & Communication experience in a similar role.
Other Skills Required for the Job:
• Writing, Editorial, Styling, Tone Establishment and Social Media Publication.
• Strong understanding of reputational risks in the context of marketing and corporate communications.
• Excellent written & verbal communication.
• Good understanding of Marketing tools and trends.
Main Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
Write, edit and review all internal and external communications that include but are not limited to:
· All strategic leadership messages from the CEO.
· All strategic external communications including quarterly press releases on financial results, ad-hoc press releases on various topics, Op-Ed’s and other content for the media, social
• media communications, Q&As and FAQs for media, Annual Report, regulatory disclosures and similar external messages.
· All customer communications relating to products or services, customer service level updates, messaging on special days or occasions, covering all channels including but not
• limited to emails, corporate website, and SMS messages. Proof-read and edit all posts on social media channels and provide input to the social media agency on the content and
• messaging.
· Drafting, editing and proofreading all strategic internal communications including CEO’s all staff messages, Townhall presentations, investor presentations, letters addressed to the
• Board, public authorities, regulators, customers, NGOs or other third parties.
Write a clear marketing copy to promote our products/services:
• Information on products or services.
• Leaflets and booklets.
• Flyers and posters.
• IVR and radio scripts.
• Q&As or FAQs for front-line or all staff.
3. Ensure all-around consistency (style, fonts and tone).
4. Oversee and update the corporate website content as needed, ensuring all pages are accurate, up to date, and proactively monitor the website to identify any outdated
information, broken links, or areas that require improvement.
5. Identify customers’ needs and gaps in our content and recommend new topics.
6. Ensure all marketing communications are timely, of high quality, professional, clear, relevant and fit for purpose.
7. Beware of the reputational risks that might be inherent in all relevant marketing and corporate communications and edit content from a reputational risk perspective.
8. Support the Company Secretary’s office in drafting, editing and proof-reading all relevant external disclosures.
