What You'll Be Doing:

-Overseeing daily workshop operations to keep everything running smoothly and on time.
-Leading a team of technicians, providing support and direction.
-Ensuring high-quality service in line with manufacturer standards.
-Working with the Service Manager to hit performance goals.
-Offering hands-on help and technical guidance when needed.
-Making sure customers receive great service every time.
-Confirming that all work is completed properly and meets expectations.
