Job designation/title: Retail Sales Assistant, Non-Executive.

Working hours: 45 hours per week.

Working days: 4-6 (Flexible and negotiable).

Working time: Morning shift; 9.15 am - 6.30 pm & Noon shift; 1.15 pm 10.15 pm.

Contract or permanent: Permanent.

Starting date: January/February 2026.

Reporting to: Dan Brannigan/James Bradley.

Salary range: Basic salary of RM 2000 RM 2500.

Responsibilities:

Greet and provide customers with our services and assistance.
Address customer service issues such as concerns, queries, or complaints confidently.
Process sales and purchase transactions on the POS (Point of Sale).
Examine, evaluate, and test all stock bought in as per purchase SOPs.
Ensure the store and its inventory are always neat, clean, and organized.
Ensure that all products are properly displayed and priced.
Take stock and reorganize merchandise as needed.
Provide product knowledge to customers.
Adhere to and follow all store policies, systems, and procedures.
Job Requirements

Requirements

Able to work shifts on weekends and public holidays
Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
Prior experience in retail or customer service is preferred
Experience and passion in consumer and gaming electronics is an added advantage.
Team player and eager to develop and grow in the retail industry.
Minimum SPM or equivalent.
