Job Description

We are seeking experienced Bench Joiners to join our workshop team. The successful candidates will be responsible for manufacturing high-quality joinery products, including doors, windows, cabinets, and bespoke timber components, in accordance with technical drawings and client specifications.

Key Responsibilities

Manufacture joinery products from technical drawings and cutting lists
Operate workshop machinery and hand tools safely and efficiently
Assemble, fit, and finish timber components to a high standard
Work with a variety of materials, including hardwoods, softwoods, and sheet materials
Maintain a clean, safe, and organised workshop environment
Collaborate with supervisors and colleagues to meet production deadlines
Ensure all work meets quality, safety, and company standards.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Bench Joiner or similar role
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
Strong knowledge of woodworking machinery and hand tools
High attention to detail and quality of workmanship
Good time management and organisational skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Relevant qualifications or apprenticeship (preferred but not essential)
