We are looking for a Restaurant Operations Manager who can oversee daily operations, support business growth, and maintain high standards throughout the company.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day operations across the company’s sites.
Ensure consistent adherence to food quality, hygiene, and safety standards.
Manage stock levels, inventory processes, and supplier relationships.
Monitor store performance and implement improvements to enhance efficiency.
Lead and support staff, including scheduling, training, and performance management.
Work with senior management to roll out operational strategies and brand standards.
Prepare operational reports and analyse key performance metrics.
Requirements:
1 2 years’ experience in operations management, ideally within hospitality, food service, or retail.
Strong organisational and leadership skills.
Good understanding of food hygiene and health & safety compliance.
Ability to problem-solve and thrive in fast-paced environments.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
