Job Description

You will be carrying out:

Reactive maintenance and repairs

Boiler servicing and breakdowns

Boiler installations and upgrades

General plumbing works

Fault finding and diagnostics

Compliance and safety checks

Working alongside other trades on multi-trade jobs

Most work is within occupied properties, so a professional and customer-focused approach is essential.

Requirements

NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Plumbing / Heating (or equivalent)

ACS Gas qualifications (CCN1, CENWAT, CKR1, HTR1 etc. as applicable)

Gas Safe registered (or eligible to register)

Full UK driving licence

Experience in property maintenance or similar role

Ability to work independently and manage your own workload

Good communication and customer service skills
