The Role

You will be carrying out electrical works including:

Fault finding and repairs

Minor and major installations

Consumer unit replacements

Testing & inspection

General maintenance and compliance works

Working alongside other trades on multi-trade jobs

Most work is within occupied properties, so a professional and tidy approach is essential.

Requirements

NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation

Full UK driving licence

Previous experience in property maintenance or similar work

Ability to work independently and manage your own jobs

Good communication and customer service skills
