Job Description:
The Graduate Trainee will undergo structured training across various departments to gain practical experience, develop professional skills, and build a strong understanding of the organization’s operations. The role is designed to prepare fresh graduates for long-term career growth within the company.
Key Responsibilities:
Participate in training programs and departmental rotations
Assist senior staff with daily tasks and projects
Learn company policies, procedures, and industry standards
Conduct basic research, data entry, and report preparation
Support team operations and administrative activities
Attend meetings, workshops, and training sessions
Demonstrate willingness to learn and take feedback
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or HND from a recognized institution
NYSC completed or in progress
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, email)
Willingness to learn and adapt
Good organizational and time-management skills
