The program is aimed at attracting smart, passionate, and driven graduates who want to build a career in sales and grow with Vale.

Academic Excellence: Candidates with the Minimum of Second Class lower/HND
Relevant Experience: No prior work experience required
Location Preference: Candidates residing in Lagos are preferred.
NYSC Completion: Candidates must have completed their NYSC within the past two years.

Age: Not more than 27 years as at December 2025.
