We are seeking a Business Development Officer who will be a key driver of new revenue and strategic growth for Brymedot Concept. You will be responsible for identifying, qualifying, and securing new business opportunities, as well as nurturing key strategic partnerships. The ideal candidate is a hunter with a proven track record in sales, a strategic thinker, and an excellent relationship-builder who thrives in a target-driven environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Proactively identify and generate new leads through research, networking, social selling and industry events.
- Qualify prospects based on company criteria and strategic fit.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to potential clients.
- Identify and establish strategic partnerships and alliances to expand market presence.
- Collaborate closely with Marketing, Product and Delivery teams to ensure a seamless client journey and alignment on offerings.

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:
- OND/HND/Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Minimum of 2years working experience.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office/Google Workspace suite.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and resilient with a strong hunter mentality.
