JOB TITLE: Business Administrator
B&C International Concept is currently seeking a highly organized Business Administrator who will provide administrative support to senior management and play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of their business.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage calendars, schedules, and travel arrangements
- Provide administrative support to senior management
- Coordinate meetings, events, and projects
- Develop and implement business processes and procedures
- Manage databases, spreadsheets, and reports
- Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
REQUIREMENTS:
- HND/Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- 2-3 years of business administration experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficient in MS Office and Google Suite
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and work independently
