Minimum Requirements:
-Professional and presentable female
-Fully bilingual, with strong English proficiency
-Matric / Grade 12
-Recent work experience as a Conveyancing Secretary at a law firm a must, specifically attending to ABSA mortgage Bond Registration and Cancellations (Junior to Medium Level)
-FNB and/or STDB bond experience advantageous
-Able to work independently from inception to finalization
-Meticulous with attention to detail
-Proper understanding and knowledge of bank procedures and requirements
-Computer literate in Ghost Convey / E4 / Lexpro (working knowledge & experience)
-Strong telephonic etiquette and people skills
-Stable employment record
-Contactable employment reference
-Must be immediately available / Able to commence 16 February 2026
Duration: Temporary position only from 16 February 2026 until 31 July 2026.
Duties:
-Independently handling of ABSA mortgage bond registration and bond cancellations, from receipt of inception to finalization
-Drafting of bond registration and cancellation documents
-Liaison with banks, clients, Deeds Office and other law firms
-General conveyancing secretarial duties
Salary: R 13 000.00 R 15 000.00 gross maximum
