Role Overview:
You’ll manage a variety of tasks that require attention, analysis, and quick decision-making. Responsibilities include handling calls and emails, raising and managing work orders, coordinating urgent tasks with contractors, processing invoices, and managing sign-off tickets and insurance documentation. You’ll ensure all jobs are tracked and completed within agreed KPIs.

Experience handling calls and emails
Excellent people and communication skills
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office
Customer service experience is a plus
Accuracy and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and in a team
Strong prioritization, multitasking, and time management skills
Job Type: Full-time, 7 PM- 4 AM
