Job Description

Prepare accurate and compliant quotations for dry fire system defects identified by field technicians and recorded in Uptick.

You’ll take inspection, testing, and maintenance data and turn it into clear, audit-ready scopes of work aligned with AS 1851, manufacturer standards, and what the client expects. Working hand-in-hand with technicians and internal teams, you’ll ensure all quoted work is technically correct, commercially accurate, and clearly communicated.

What we’re looking for:

At least 6 months relevant experience in fire system estimation or quoting

Knowledge of fire detection and alarm systems (Notifier, Ampac, Siemens)

Strong understanding of dry fire systems and compliance-based pricing

Clear written and verbal communication skills

Detail-oriented, organized, and confident in managing documentation and follow-ups

Preferred:

Familiarity with AS 1851 and Australian fire compliance
