• Should always be presentable, with good grooming and pleasing attitude.
• Welcoming customers, informing them about specials or new items, answering questions, and accepting orders and payments.
• Selling and helping market BAC’s drinks and highlighting the differences between items
• Keen to details and special requests of customers and serving food and drink items
• Serve orders in a timely manner and ensure guest satisfaction throughout the dining experience.
• Follows the standard sequence of service
• Manage reservations, walk-ins, and seating arrangements efficiently.
• Cleaning dining areas, emptying trash, and sanitizing equipment and utensils.
• Taking inventory and replenishing items in display cases, at tables, or behind the counter.
• Adhering to all food safety regulations and quality controls.
• Be able to learn and use the POS System.
