Job Description
Finding, engaging, and closing sales with potential customers, representing the company's products or services, meeting sales targets, building customer relationships, and providing post-sale support, all while adhering to company processes and utilizing sales tools like CRM to manage activities and report on performance. Key tasks include cold calling, product presentation, handling objections, processing orders, and ensuring customer satisfaction, for cost efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Prospecting & Lead Generation: Identify new business opportunities through cold calling, market research, and networking.
Sales & Presentation: Present products/services, explain benefits, demonstrate features, and deliver persuasive pitches.
Customer Engagement: Build rapport, answer questions, handle complaints, and resolve issues to ensure satisfaction.
Closing Deals: Negotiate contracts, process orders, and finalize sales to meet targets.
Reporting & Administration: Maintain accurate records in CRM, track sales metrics, and prepare sales reports.
Requirement: Has own motorcycle (with Gas Allowance)
