Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in IT
• Proficient in website development and implementation.
• Knowledgeable with CRM platforms and marketing automation tools.
• Strong technical aptitude and ability to navigate and manage and organize complex systems. • Collaborative and able to coordinate with the marketing and customer relationship team. • Proficiency in graphic design is a plus.
• Knowledgeable with Meta Pixel
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan, implement, and monitor Pre-roll Ads, Search Ads, Display Ads, and Native Ads • Manage, optimize, and navigate social media advertising campaigns, ensuring efficient execution, performance tracking and automation.
• Oversee SEO strategies, Google Maps, and Google Reviews to improve visibility and rankings.
• Manage website development, updates, and implementation, ensuring proper
functionality, SEO, and lead capture.
• Administer CRM systems, ensuring leads from all campaigns are accurately routed to the Customer Relationship Team
• Serve as the primary conduit between marketing systems and the sales team, ensuring smooth lead handoff and follow-up.
• Track, analyze, and report on marketing performance metrics across platforms.
• Troubleshoot technical issues across digital marketing platforms and tools.
• Maintain and organize a secure digital asset registry ensuring continuity, security and preventing loss of access.
• Support to other non-marketing, IT-related tasks
