Human Resources Manager

Salary $80,000 - $100,000 + Big Company Benefits + Paid Relocation to the Southern US

We’re recruiting a hands on, people focused HR Manager who’s ready to make a real impact in our stable, close knit manufacturing plant. If you enjoy being the strategic Human Resources expert and partner in a smaller operation and you know your way around a union environment you’ll thrive here.

As the Human Resources Manager:
• Advise plant leadership on HR strategy and policy
• Support a union workforce with confidence and clarity
• Ensure compliance with all HR, legal, and union requirements
• Lead policy updates, reporting, audits, and special projects
• Delivering, training, and helping grow employee capabilities
• Improve processes and strengthen plant culture.

Minimum requirements for this Human Resources Manager are:
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business or closely related field
• At least 5 years of HR experience
• Union relations, negotiations, grievance process experience required
• Strong communication, organization, and problem solving skills
• Ability to lead, influence, and manage multiple priorities.
