Location : CO / TX / WA / IN
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Lead and provide technical guidance to mechanical project teams.
• Manage and attend client meetings, ensuring project objectives are met.
• Oversee construction phase services with a focus on quality and efficiency.
• Mentor junior staff, fostering a culture of professional growth and learning.
• Contribute to business development efforts with innovative solutions.
• Regular travel to military bases and airports as part of lead mechanical engineer role.
Education and/or Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or architectural engineering from an accredited college
or university.
• At least 10 years of relevant experience in mechanical engineering.
• PE license in any state and have the ability to obtain in additional states as needed.
• Expertise in many mechanical system types, such as hot water, chilled water, condenser
water systems, VAV, Geothermal, VRF systems, DDC control systems.
• Experience in sustainable design, steam systems, commissioning services, and plumbing
systems.
• Proven track record as a project lead.
• Experience in designing mechanical systems for Federal Government projects.
• Commitment to sustainable design and innovation.
• Ideal candidate has performed federal vertical infrastructure work for DoD or FHWA
