Role Summary
An Urjasahayak is the last-mile representative of Urjastrot. The role focuses on beneficiary support
under government solar subsidy schemes through field execution, awareness activities, disciplined
communication (Muni Samvaad), and mandatory CRM reporting.

Key Responsibilities
Beneficiary Support & Awareness: Visit assigned and pre-decided areas to explain government
solar subsidy benefits and guide beneficiaries through the process.
Service & Installation Support: Assist in site survey, installation, commissioning, and beneficiary
coordination as per SOPs.
Awareness Campaigns: Participate in awareness programs conducted at approved locations such
as government schools and other designated public institutions.
