Role Description
We are seeking a proactive and results-oriented Business Development Specialist with hands-on experience in an advertising agency environment. The role focuses on acquiring new clients, building long-term relationships, and driving revenue growth across creative, digital, and integrated marketing services.The ideal candidate understands agency workflows, pitching processes, retainers, project-based engagements, and client servicing dynamics.

Required skills & qualifications
Mandatory
Proven experience in advertising / digital / creative agency business development.
Strong understanding of agency services
Experience in pitch processes, campaign-based projects and handling retainers
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Preferred
Experience in pitching to mid-large brands or corporate clients.
Familiarity with CRM tools and proposal documentation.
Ability to work cross-functionally with creative and strategy teams.
