Job Description
Answer inbound calls and assist customers with their queries, requests, and complaints
Raise service requests and complaints on behalf of customers using the CRM system
Generate leads and educate customers about new products and their benefits
Maintain and strictly adhere to compliance and regulatory guidelines
Capture problem indicators, highlight recurring issues, and suggest process improvements
Adhere to monthly scorecard parameters, including Quality, Efficiency, and Accuracy
Maintain adequate product, process, and system knowledge required for the role
Ensure assigned sales targets are consistently met
