Job Description
BPO telecaller's job is to facilitate communication between a business and its customers by making calls, answering questions, and resolving issues:
Outbound calls
Make calls to potential or existing customers to promote products or services, generate leads, and meet sales targets
Inbound calls
Handle calls from customers who have questions, complaints, or need help with products or services
Customer service
Interact with customers in a friendly, professional manner to address concerns and offer solutions
Record keeping
Maintain accurate records of interactions
