Full Time Organisational & Method Analyst
SALARY $77,000 + SUPERANNUATION
SUMMARY
Illoura College is a Registered Training Organisation that delivers nationally recognized vocational
education and training to domestic and international students. We offer industry-relevant courses in
business, hospitality, and trades.
DUTIES
• Analyse and document organisational processes across the student lifecycle, including enrolment, LLND, training delivery, assessment, progress monitoring and completion.
• Review organisational practices to ensure alignment with the Standards for RTOs, ESOS Act, National Code and other relevant regulatory requirements.
• Develop, update and maintain organisational policies, procedures, workflows and operational guidelines.
• Conduct internal audits of student records, assessment evidence, trainer files, TAS documentation and other compliance-related materials.
• Identify process gaps, risks and inefficiencies and provide recommendations for improvement.
• Analyse organisational data, including KPIs, attendance, academic progress, complaints and assessment outcomes to support informed decision-making.
• Prepare reports, summaries and recommendations following organisational reviews, audits and data analysis.
• Support the organisation’s continuous improvement framework, including corrective and preventative actions.
• Work collaboratively with compliance, training coordinators, student support and academic management to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency.
• Support the integration and optimisation of digital systems such as SMS and LMS platforms, including identifying opportunities for automation.
• Assist in staff training and change management when introducing new processes, systems or compliance updates.
• Maintain organisational risk registers and support risk assessments related to operational and compliance functions.
• Ensure organisational recordkeeping practices are accurate, secure, consistent and audit-ready.
• Monitor resource utilisation, scheduling and operational capacity and provide recommendations for improved efficiency.
• Support preparation for external audits and regulatory requirements by organising evidence, documenting processes and ensuring compliance readiness.
REQUIRED SKILLS
• A relevant bachelor’s degree or higher qualification.
• At least 2 years of work experience in the relevant role.
• Experience in the education and training sector highly desirable.
• Multilingual candidates highly desirable.
