As a Project Manager, you'll take ownership of client engagement and support them across all their digital marketing needs. You'll work cross-functionally with leadership, design, development, and client success teams to ensure excellence across process, people, and platforms.

What You'll Do as our Project Manager

1. Project Planning & Execution

Lead the planning and execution of 5 20 simultaneous website projects, owning the delivery lifecycle from brief to launch.

Be the go-to-person at Wolf IQ for 5-10 digital marketing engagements under our Growth Plans which covers SEO, PPC and Google Reviews for SMB clients

Collaborate with stakeholders to define and refine website objectives and KPIs.

Build and maintain detailed project timelines and time tracking allocations

2. Team & Workflow Management

Champion seamless collaboration between design, development, and customer-facing teams.

Align distributed onshore and offshore teams to high-performance outcomes.

Define and enforce scalable communication, workflows and highest quality standards

Identify and implement opportunities for process automation, tooling, and delivery acceleration.

Help shape the evolution of Wolf IQ’s delivery model and contribute to strategic roadmap planning.

3. Client Communication & Expectation Management

Act as the key person for client projects, ensuring alignment on scope, timing, and goals.

Drive client satisfaction by setting clear expectations and ensuring transparent communication throughout the build process.

Oversee post-launch handoff and transition to support and growth teams.

Who You Are

2+ years of project management experience in web development, digital delivery, or a related technology-driven environment.
Demonstrated success managing multiple concurrent website or digital product launches.

Strong knowledge of WordPress, web development lifecycles, and modern hosting environments.

Experience with Slack, ClickUp and AI is essential; familiarity with other project management tools is a plus.

Comfortable navigating ambiguity, prioritising competing demands, and leading under pressure.

While the role is remote, candidates based in Melbourne are preferred to better support our local client base.
