Housekeeping Attendant Job Description

We are seeking a hardworking and detail-oriented Housekeeping Attendant to ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and comfort in guest rooms, public areas, and assigned workspaces.

Key Responsibilities:

Clean and maintain guest rooms, bathrooms, and assigned areas

Make beds, change linens, and replace towels as per standards

Replenish amenities and cleaning supplies

Maintain cleanliness of public areas such as corridors, lobbies, and restrooms

Follow health, safety, and hygiene procedures at all times

Report maintenance issues, damages, and lost & found items

Use cleaning equipment and chemicals safely and correctly

Assist with laundry services when required

Requirements & Skills:

Previous experience in housekeeping or cleaning preferred

Knowledge of cleaning techniques and equipment

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Physically fit and able to stand for long hours

Good time management and attention to detail

Basic communication skills
